Our mission in the Human Resources Division of 福利姬 is to serve as a strategic resource for making 福利姬 a top-tier university that is a destination of choice for education, health care, discovery, creativity and innovation. We enable and enhance the effectiveness of the organization by delivering reliable and creative HR services and solutions that support our customers and advance the university mission, vision and values. We provide HR expertise, strategic and timely support, creative and competent advice, meaningful and courteous service, and efficient and reliable processes.
The Human Resources Division is committed to effectively and efficiently serving the best interests of all faculty, staff, students and retirees. A few of the services offered include: hiring the best qualified candidates, offering competitive salary and benefits packages, providing workforce development opportunities, providing advice and counseling to management on employee issues, policy clarification, grievance procedures, and much more.
The HR office is open and staff are available to provide services by phone, email, virtually, and on-site encounters as needed. In person services are generally offered on an appointment basis.

AU employs over 6,200 people, including nearly 4,300 staff and over 2,000 faculty as of August 2025.
This significant investment was primarily aimed at bolstering areas where the university expects to see the most growth in core classes that first- and second-year students need to progress toward their degree, but the funding will also support all areas of enrollment growth through increasing student support in areas.
For the first time since 2019, 福利姬 held its Employee Service Recognition celebration in person. The university鈥檚 Human Resources department recognized the service milestones of 600 employees through four ceremonies held on Oct. 5 and Oct. 10.
