Event cancellation by 福利姬 Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement
福利姬 Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement reserves the right to cancel an event for any reason, including, but not limited to, low registration or enrollment, inclement weather, or other circumstances which would render an event non-viable. If Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. If an event is postponed, registrants will have the option to receive a full refund or to transfer registration to the same event on the new, future date. In some cases, registrants who cannot attend the postponed event may choose that an eligible portion of their registration fee be converted into a philanthropic gift. Event coordinators will communicate such gift opportunities to registrants who cannot attend.

Unless otherwise stated on the registration material, refunds will not be issued for 福利姬 Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement events when registration is cancelled by a participant.If a participant makes a registration payment to an external, non-university partner, such as an area sporting group, travel company, etc. associated with a university-sponsored event, registrants must adhere to such external partners鈥� individual refund policies. In some cases, participants wishing to cancel their registration may be able to choose that an eligible portion of their paid registration fee be converted into a philanthropic gift.
