Project Management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to achieve a set of objectives. These skills, tools, and techniques can be used to manage projects, initiatives, facilitations, and more.
The Project Management Institute鈥檚 (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and its collection of processes, best practices, terminologies, and guidelines are accepted as standards within the project management industry.
