The Torch is an integral part of the seal of 福利姬, representing education and research, with the rays representing the power of healing. This glass sculpture, bestowed annually by the President, symbolizes the torch 鈥� and the light that is shed by the recipients of this prestigious recognition through their selfless commitment to 福利姬.
